I had spent almost $100 on what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet for my mom for her birthday. And what we got, was a sad, small, barely blooming piece of crap. Do not shop here.
I ordered flowers online in the deluxe arrangement. When the flowers arrived it didn't look like the picture from online. The flowers were all there but not arranged like the picture. In the picture there were in levels putting the nicer flowers in view and filler flowers behind them. The arrangement looked like a kid without training had put them in. You can hardly see the nicer flowers at all and the cheaper flowers are in the spotlight. I understand that it was a one sided arrangement be the flowers should still be arranged better were from one side they are still visible. There is more to a good arrangement than the flowers themselves. When I called they very nice but refused to do anything except get the flowers and give me a refund. This would have been perfect if they were not delivered as a gift. I am not going to go to someone and say excuse me I am taking back your gift, that would be extremely rude. Plus this is the second time this has happened and I felt stuck between being rude or being happy with the outcome.
Order my sons proms corsage and boutnieer from here.. asked for 2 colors. Cream and Fusia flowers with black ribbon. Went to pick the flowers up on Saturday and what was made was a corsage with black ribbon and blush flowers.. That's not cream and fusia.. they said that I was order number 62 and they ran out of the color I asked for. I feel like they should have called and told me that they couldn't do what I asked. Was very disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the corsage was pretty just not the right color at all!
