Beautiful Place I call home!
I absolutely love this very nice very clean well-kept up the staff in the office is very nice that help you understand everything the answered all my questions I have put my application in and hopefully I will get to it the privilege of living in this community very nice
I stayed around there for the eclipse through Airbnb. They had a nice 100 year old house. Nice neighborhood. Kinda quiet. Not a lot of stuff around to do. Very calm and at night you can enjoy a good fire and stargazing.
I have lived in Summer Breeze Park since they opened and absolutely love it here! You can't ask for a more peaceful and relaxing place to live. The property is well kept, the apartments. In side are oversized when it comes to space, and every patio/ porch has a wonderful view. The location speaks for itself, less than 5 minutes to I-75 and Battlefield Pkwy. Great place to call home!
They may look nice, but there have been a lot of problems here since I've been here. Like water leaks. The water pressure sucks. And they are very strick.
