Never a long wait, quick in and out, very helpful staff.
Our mail lady refuses to deliver any packages that won't fit in the mailbox. If she sees you walking to the mailbox with a package she literally throws what she can in the box and takes off. We have complained several times to the post master who won't do anything, we've called the 800 # which we got no response, we've even filled out the surveys they mail you. Apparently if you want a job that it is impossible to get fired from or be disciplined you should go work for the Ringgold Post Office.
The best PO employees I've ever dealt with. Dottie and Donald are the stars here. If you need help packaging something, they will help you. I've actually had Donald tape two Priority boxes together to make an odd-shaped item I had fit. Dottie is a sweet and friendly and efficient. I go out of my way to visit this PO.
