I ordered the holiday heat and serve meal for Thanksgiving. Picked it up then drove an hour and 15 minutes to my destination. Unpacked the box and realized that there was NO HEATING INSTRUCTIONS..... So here I am with all this food. No idea how to heat it up..... Ok no problem... I'll just look on cracker barrels website. Surely they will have a copy of the booklet and I can save the day... What?!?! Cracker barrels website is down?? On Thanksgiving.... With all this food and no idea how to warm it? Epic fail cracker barrel. Extremely disappointed. The video I watched of somebody else unpacking their box of goodies made me even disappointed. She got an instruction booklet AND a salt and pepper shaker set. As for the food... Food was good. No real complaints. Plenty of food for 10 people.
I have loved Cracker Barrel since I was a kid. They never disappoint! Oh, best Reuben Sandwich ever!
Great service! We stopped in on vacation. Our server was so very nice, outgoing, and personable. She was very good and we had a great experience here because of her great waitressing! Her name was "autumn"!
Had lunch. Quick service, food was flavored well. Quick seating on a busy Sunday. I will eat at this location again, although I have to travel farther.
Our waitress made the experience great. I don't remember her name, but she had 1 star on her apron... whatever that meant. They were out of a lot of food i was interested in ordering, but she eased the frustration with her sense of humor. The food i ordered wasn't as good as what I'd wanted originally, but it's still a good experience. I love the atmosphere here, as well.
