I sold my trailer to my sister and he told her that before I moved in there was a couple that lived there named Josh and some girl and he said they never paid lot rent and that my sister was going to have to pay $1100.00 if she wanted to live there or he would throw her out. I bought the trailer from David Ott.He never said anything about this until I told him I sold the trailer to my sister. I lived in the trailer for 3 months.He is a mean person and I feel sorry for the people that live there.He makes up stories and tries to get people to give him money. He told my mom that I didnt pay lot rent for the last month I was there and I have the check where it was deposited in the bank. My lawyer told me that he has lost many court cases in the past year and a half and the county wants thier money for road work that was done.
This place is a trailer park. It is very dirty looking.
